Yoga is working when it spills out of the studio and into your daily life. When you become kinder, softer, more mindful and aware.

When I teach I hope to provoke muscles and the mind, moving the body is a great way to challenge habitual patterns and has been so healing for me in overcoming both mental and physical health challenges.

I've been teaching for 3 years and know its something I will continue to do for the rest of my life, every class is a gift and there is always more to learn. I put a lot of love into my playlists and ultimately want to bring joy and curiosity into our practice!

From my training at Ahimsa Yoga I learned to practice and teach with compassion instead of competition. I offer many modifications for poses and work a lot with blocks, bolsters and straps so that all poses available to more people and there is less chance of injury.

After a class my hope is that you feel simultaneously relaxed and energized, ideally walking out the door like a carebear.. heart beaming out love and good vibes!
