Larissa came to yoga as a way to turn off her brain and stay present in her body. After discovering for herself the ways that restorative, yin, and other slow-paced practices can help drop you into your body, it became her mission to help teach others how to do the same – connecting deeply to the body, the breath, and the spirit. She has taught internationally and has a deep passion for what she does – and it comes through in her teachings with smooth transitions and original meditations she writes herself. Her energy is always so positive and calming, so you will always feel at peace when she is guiding you on your own journey.
