They use a natural approach to health that uses evidence-based techniques for eating habits, lifestyle, and detoxification by evaluating the complete health history, emotional state, lifestyle habits and current eating habits of the unique YOU.  Here are just some examples of how our holistic nutritionists can help:

Session 1- Consultation

Here is your opportunity to tell your nutritionist all about you. Your lifestyle, workout routine and what you desire to achieve. You share all your habits, food preferences, allergies, cooking habits, grocery shopping habits, food carving habits, time of your food cravings, your wellness and fitness schedule etc. The more prepared you come to this session the better the result of the program.


Session 2- Review of plan

After your session within 72 hours, you will meet with your nutritionist to receive and review your personalized nutrition and meal plan. You will ask as many questions as possible to make sure you fully understand your plan and you are ready to start.


Session 3- Adjustments to the plan

within 2 weeks, you meet with your nutritionist and coach to share how your plan is working for you. How is your energy level, what are the challenges to follow your food plan strictly and disciplined. If there is any adjustment needed, we get in touch with you through email and ensure your nutrition plan is fully adjusted and suitable for you to keep is sustainable.


Session 4- Progress review

Within 3 weeks of session 3, you meet with your nutritionist and coach to share your findings and the results of the plan. She will review the results of your progress with you and will make suggestions and adjustments to your plan according to your progress and results.


Session 5- Sustainable food plan

In this session which follows within 3 weeks of session 4, your nutritionist and your coach will provide you with your sustainability plan.

If the goal of your plan is to stay lean, how you can maintain it and if your goal is to stay fit, how to sustain it.

If you are still interested in continuing getting leaner and fitter you continue on your original plan. When you are satisfied with your results, you switch to your sustainability food plan.

Session 6- is an open consultation session whenever is needed.
